This website is operated by L’s Boutique and it is a separate entity and throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to L’s Boutique. L’s Boutique offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

L’s Boutique is a business in the retail industry that provides apparel and accessories available to purchase.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on 1Grid and managed by LoveLeigh Design. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and L’s Boutique chooses 6 Second Avenue, Marble Hall, Limpopo, 0450 as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

L’s Boutique takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 – MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processes within 1 – 3 days, sent per courier and delivery confirmed by way of email (estate delivery timeline is 2 – 5 days depending on geographical spread). For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Our store is hosted by a third party. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through the host’s data storage and databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
SECTION 2 – PAYMENTS
Payment Options Accepted:
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard and other methods provided by PayFast as well as manual EFT payments.
Card acquiring and security:
Card transactions will be acquired for L’s Boutique via PayFast who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details:
Customer details will be stored by L’s Boutique separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
L’s Boutique shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. Exchange & Return Policy
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Store Credit or Exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the etiquette still on.
There are certain situations where only partial returns are granted (if applicable):
· Items with obvious signs of use
· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
· Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery
Store Credit (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed by means of a voucher or online coupon code.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item in another size, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 6 Second Avenue, Marble Hall, Limpopo, 0450.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should send your product back to: 6 second Avenue, Marble Hall, Limpopo, 0450. Please use a trusted courier service, we recommend The Courier Guy / PUDO or Aramax at selected PnP Stores. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
